Shipping

At PADÜ we ship to any shipping location.

The shipping cost to the Peninsula and Portugal are free.

For other countries, shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination country.

Once confirmed, your order will be carefully prepared and shipped as soon as possible. We will email you with the shipping status and provide you with a tracking number so you always know where your order is.

Returns

If upon receiving your PADÜ you are not completely satisfied, it's okay: you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with current regulations.

To initiate a return, please email us at our customer service office with your order number. It is essential that the shoes are in perfect condition. no used, in its original state and within its original box original.

Once we receive the products and verify their condition, we will issue the corresponding refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer., except in cases of defective product or error on our part.
