The PADÜ online store is developed in WooCommerce, a secure and reliable e-commerce platform. All payments, purchasing processes, and order management are handled through this platform.

3. Products

All our products are shoes handcrafted in Spain, using 100% premium leather. The images, descriptions, and features of each item are displayed as accurately as possible, although slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of each piece.

4. Prices

All prices are indicated in euros (€) and include the corresponding VAT according to Spanish regulations. Shipping costs are not included in the price and will be calculated during the purchase process based on the order weight and destination.

PADÜ reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. However, orders will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs will be displayed before completing your purchase.

6. Returns

You have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Products must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of PADÜ error or defective products.
